Bill Pitt

Bill Pitt has been solving difficult business problems for more than fifteen years. Working with the broadest range of businesses, from sole proprietorships to Fortune 1000 companies, he has applied his highly skilled technical and operational expertise to the core business areas of management, operations, technology and finance.

His efforts have been focused on six primary disciplines: Process and Change management; Technology migration; Systems Applications; Network Operations and Customer Service. Bill’s operational experience includes senior level experience in: Sales and Sales Operations; Customer Service; Network Engineering and Management; Application/Systems Development; Platform Development; and Inventory Management.

Bill has been involved in a broad range of business challenges, having worked with companies to develop new product lines, implement systems to control product delivery and manage inventory, migrate system platforms, engineer and project manage scalable technology applications and develop functional sales and service organizations. Much of Bill’s career has been in the IT/Telecom industry where his activities included process cost analyses, production sourcing, network design and implementation, platform migrations and indirect sales channel development.

Bill was a member of the US ARMY, LLRP, and his ongoing education includes certifications from Microsoft, Novel, Cisco, and other technology providers. He has owned several successful businesses, has been a key technical consultant for Andersen Consulting, and has extensive corporate experience that includes RCN, Connecticut Telephone, Delta Concepts Consulting and SRN Consulting.
